Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that you respect our cancellation policy and provide us with adequate notice in the event of a change in plans. Clients may cancel their appointments up to 48 hours in advance without any charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the service cost. Appointment no-shows will also incur a fee of 100% of the service cost. Payment for the cancellation fee will be required before any future bookings can be made. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to help.
Pricing Transparency: At House of Hair, we strive to provide you with an accurate and transparent pricing structure. Please note that prices may vary based on the length and density of your hair. All prices listed are inclusive of VAT. All colour services include a cut and finish. We are happy to provide you with a personalised quote during your consultation with one of our talented stylists.
Important Notice: Please be aware that if you need to leave before the completion of your service due to prior commitments, you may still be charged the full-service fee. Additionally, we recommend having your hair dried as we cannot guarantee the quality of colours and cuts without a blow dry. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that you have the best possible salon experience.
Health and Safety: The health and safety of our clients and staff is of the utmost importance. We strictly adhere to industry regulations and standards set by our suppliers and accrediting bodies. During your visit, we take extra care to protect your personal belongings by providing gowns, and towels, and implementing strict cleaning protocols. However, we cannot guarantee that accidents will not occur, and we do not hold liability for any damage to personal items from our products or services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
New Customers: All new customers require a consultation and patch test prior to any colour services with us. This is to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service and results.
Service Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your service at House of Hair. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment. We may offer to revise the work but do not offer refunds.
Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are available for purchase and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any vouchers purchased are non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given.
Social Media: We love to share our work on social media, and we may take photos during your appointment to use on our website or social media platforms. If you do not wish to have your photo taken or shared, please let us know. We will always ask for your permission before posting any photos of you.
Children: For the safety of everyone in the salon, and to provide a relaxing experience for all clients, we kindly request that children not accompany clients to appointments at the salon. If a client does arrive with a child or baby, please understand that we may have to consider it a missed appointment and apply the relevant charges.
